Cole Engineering Services (CESI), a By Light company, is recognized as a premier provider of modeling and simulation (M&S) training solutions to the Federal Government and industry. • Design and develop capabilities as part of an agile development team for a next generation training system.
• Document designs that are essential in sharing architectural understanding across the program.
• Work independently, or with other senior developers and architects, to absorb a large codebase consists of Angular, TypeScript, Java, C++ and NodeJS.
• Architect software to operate in a containerized environment across multiple systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 12 years software development experience in Angular, TypeScript, C++, Java, and NodeJS.
• Experience with NoSQL or SQL databases.
• Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo required.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience with Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker, S3, Kafka, Grafana, Prometheus
• Ansible Experience with AWS and/or Azure, a plus.
• Experience with Nexus, Harbor, Maven, Gradle, a plus.
• Experience with CesiumJS library or similar 3D toolset, a plus.
• Must have experience working both independently and as a member of a software development team.
