Cole Engineering Services, Inc. (CESI) is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Representative to support fielding efforts of new hardware / software baselines for the U.S. Army’s Reconfigurable Virtual Collective Trainer (RVCT) program. This role will play a critical part in the next-generation simulation and training activities, overseeing team execution, logistics coordination, and equipment setup and support across multiple sites.
Candidate will provide daily objectives, develop work schedules, guide team performance, foster collaboration, mentor team members, manage projects and lead the training of new employees. The candidate will perform critical maintenance and technical support functions across the RVCT program. Experience working across different departments in putting together load plans for Fieldings. Works closely with the production facility in managing the inventory of all equipment needed for each Fielding, ensures everything is received and tested on time. Works closely with Fielding Leads to identify and define strategies and plan resources to ensure adequate assets are in place for all activities. Works closely with the Fielding Leads to ensure the schedule is accurately reflected and adhered too. Leads New Equipment Training according to Course Conduct and government requirements. Additionally, they will ensure effective communication to enhance productivity and achieve organizational goals. Candidate will also be responsible for the reconfiguration and assembly/disassembly of RVCT devices, lift heavy objects and work with hand tools. This position will report to the Fielding Lead and act as such when Fielding Lead is unavailable.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance. Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order.
